2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use of your account.

3. License to Content

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your own learning. You may not resell, distribute, or publicly post course content.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to breach security or disrupt our services.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content.

5. Payment and Refunds

Fees are due at purchase. Refunds follow our published policy: 14 days for self-paced courses if less than 20% is completed; live cohort fees refundable up to 7 days before start.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes. Your results depend on your effort and prior experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boldlake Code School will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflicts of law principles.
